The Croissant Tree has been operating its wholesale business in Ontario for the past twenty years. Our specialty is of course, croissants. Our croissants are made with butter and are hand-rolled by our bakers to provide you with the finest quality in myriad variety.

In addition, we also produce our own danishes, muffins, turnovers, tea biscuits and cookies. To keep up with changing trends, new items are added from time to time, but only after undergoing thorough recipe and product testing. By watching the movement of our products in our own retail stores and by customer feedback, we are able to anticipate the need for new items.

Our wholesale client base includes reputable restaurants and major hotels, as well as unique coffee houses and even other bakeries. Our wholesale customers are split into two categories; those who receive fresh baked products and those who receive cases of frozen product that they will bake themselves. In excess of 250,000 pieces of Croissant Tree product is shipped out each month.

The Croissant Tree's 6,000 square foot wholesale facililty is equipped with up-to-date equipment and technology. This allows us the freedom to place our focus where it belongs, on product quality and customer service. Most members of our management are long time employees and all are extrememly dedicated.
